A student can't access a secured page

There can be a number of reasons why a student is unable to access a secured page, secured with Student Number and PIN. In order to find out exactly why a student is unable to access a secured page you need to follow this procedure: - Get the student to go to the Student Access page: https://www.studentaccess.uwa.edu.au/ and see if they are able to log in to see their details. If they are unable to access their details they will not be able to log in to a secured MySource page. They will need to contact Student Administration.
- If the student is able to log in to the Student Access page they should check their current enrolment details to make sure they are listed as being enrolled on the particular unit they are trying to access information for in MySource.
- If the student has recently switched to a new unit they will have to allow a day or two for their changed details to proliferate through the system.
- Ensure the unit code entered on the secured page is the correct one and in the correct format, without periods.
If all the above are followed and the student is still unable to access the information then please contact the ITS Service Desk with the following information: - Student Number.
- Approximate time of attempted log in.
- Page they are trying to access.
