Troubleshooting Frequently Asked Questions

I think an email I was expecting has been caught in the Spam filter. How do I check emails that get tagged as spam?

For staff using the Central Exchange email, within Outlook click on your Junk Email folder (should be under the Inbox) and this will list all the emails that have been tagged as possible "spam" by the system. Scan through these emails for subjects or senders that you recognise. If you find something that is legitimate, move it into your inbox.

We recommend checking your Junk Email folder before you delete the items in it, just in case something has slipped through.
