Troubleshooting Frequently Asked Questions
Who do I go to for help with general PC problems?
In each department there is an initial contact person who can provide assistance. These people are called LITEs (Local IT Experts), who, apart from their usual job, provide a first port of call for users with IT problems.
Who are they?
Financial Services: Adam Ward ext 1635

Centre for Staff Development: Kenn Martin ext 1503
Uniprint: Jeff Blenkins ext 8795
Users from other departments should call their local IT support, or the ITS Service Desk if you are using an ITS-managed machine. |
