Troubleshooting Frequently Asked Questions

When I launch MS Outlook, it asks me for a password to connect to Admin-serv48/Admin-vm17 - what do I do?

If Outlook asks you for your password, then it is most likely because your account has been locked out due to your Pheme password expiring. Please contact the ITS Service Desk for assistance.
