How much storage space do I have in my Central Exchange Account mailbox?

Each member of staff is allocated storage space for their email and calendar and includes the following areas

  • All Mail box folders
  • Calendar(s)
  • Contact lists
  • Sent Items
  • Deleted Items
  • Journal
  • Tasks

You will be sent the following messages as your storage space reaches it's capacity:

  • Above 180 megabyte a warning is sent
  • Above 200 megabytes sending of email is prevented
  • Above 300 megabytes receiving of email is prevented

TIP! - remember to regularly delete the contents of your Deleted Items folder as this does not happen automatically.
