How much storage space do I have in my Central Exchange Account mailbox?

Each member of staff is allocated storage space for their email and calendar and includes the following areas - All Mail box folders
- Calendar(s)
- Contact lists
- Sent Items
- Deleted Items
- Journal
- Tasks
You will be sent the following messages as your storage space reaches it's capacity: - Above 180 megabyte a warning is sent
- Above 200 megabytes sending of email is prevented
- Above 300 megabytes receiving of email is prevented
TIP! - remember to regularly delete the contents of your Deleted Items folder as this does not happen automatically. | Back
