How-to Frequently Asked Questions

How can I tell what printers I have?

You can see your printers by going to the Start Menu, then Settings, and then to Printers and Faxes. Your default printer is denoted by a tick on it.

If you have a printing issue and the ITS Service Desk staff ask for the name of the printer, please provide them with the printer name listed here.
