How-to Frequently Asked Questions

What is Pheme?

Pheme is an Authentication Management System that allows a single password to be used across a number of different systems. For more information visit the Pheme website. For users with ITS-managed PC's, the Pheme password is used for:

  • ITS Central Exchange Account (for accessing the Exchange mailbox)
  • ITS Network Access account (for logging into an ITS-managed PC)
