How-to Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change my Pheme password?

Your Pheme password is changed through the Pheme website.

Please note that since your Pheme password is used to log into your PC, changing your Pheme password will require you to log out of your PC immediately after changing it, and log back in with the new password. If you do not log out of the PC, your old password will continue to be used by your computer, and will eventually lock out your account. If this happens, you will need to contact the ITS Service Desk.
