Why am I unable to compose, reply or forward a message?

One possible cause of this is that you have a program meant to prevent advertisements popping up when you are browsing (often called a pop-up blocker). This will prevent a separate compose window in the Webmail program from appearing and you will therefore be unable to send. One solution is to remove such a program. Alternatively, set Webmail so that it does not require such a popup window. - In Options/Mail, under Message Options, select the item Message Composition .

- Click the INBOX icon to return to the inbox.
