If you have forgotten your Cyllene password and have an active Pheme account then you can request a temporary password from ITS by calling them on 6488 1515. You will be asked to confirm your identity using your Pheme account details.
If you do not have an active Pheme account, or do not have access to a phone, or cannot remember your Pheme challenge answer, then you can: a) submit the Cyllene Forgotten Password Form. A temporary password will be sent to you through the internal mail. or b) Attend the ITS office in person, on the second floor of the Motorola building. Bring photo ID and you will be issued with a new temporary password.
If you do not have an active Pheme account, and you are off campus (or otherwise unable to get UWA internal mail) then you need to get an authorisor from your department to contact us for a temporary password. After you have recieved a password from ITS you will need to change it on the Cyllene Password Change Page. Please Note: All cyllene users are issued with a password when the account is created, and this password must be changed at least once a year. If you normally don't enter a password to access your mail, it means you have the password saved in your applications and is contrary to ITS recommendations. Please ensure that you do not have the "Save Password" option selected anywhere on your computer as this may be a security breach - as well as being the prime cause of forgotten passwords and the resulting inconvenience. |
