Can I download all my sent messages to my personal computer?
POP mail clients such as Outlook and Eudora can only access mail that is in the server INBOX - and normally it will then be placed in your personal computer's inbox. If you want your POP client to collect all your web-based sent messages, clear your inboxes on both systems (otherwise you will have received and sent messages interspersed), move all messages from the sent-mail folder to the inbox, then collect them using your usual POP client. Ensure you now move all the just-downloaded sent messages out to an appropriate sent folder on your personal machine. |
