Cyllene FAQs

I have 300 messages in my inbox, when I click "All" in the Select menu it only selects 20 at a time. How do I delete all?

  1. In Options/Mail, under Other Options, select the item Mailbox and Folder Display Options.
  2. About one third down the page is an item
    Messages per page in the mailbox view
    Change the number to something larger than the number of messages currently in your mailbox.
  3. Click Save Options
  4. Click the Inbox icon in the top menu to return to the inbox.
  5. From the Select pulldown menu choose All
    All messages should now be selected and can be deleted using Delete followed by Purge Deleted.
    If you wish to keep a few of the latest messages, it is also possible to manually remove the delete flag by clicking it on all such messages before deleting the rest.
  6. You may now wish to reset the "Messages per page..." option, as a large page size can take a very long time to load.
